We have now a data conversion project and its specifications are as follows:-

Scope of work : Data conversion (PDF/jpeg/tiff to doc)
Total duration of the project : 1 year (8 cycles)
Assignment : Monthly
Billing : Monthly
No of pages per month : 800 to 1000 PAGES
Accuracy required : 99%
Regular Rate : Rs. 4.00 / page
Processing fee : 4000.00 Rs. Per system (above 5 systems only)
Payment terms : Payment will be after 12 days from the date
of work submit.

We are looking for quality service provider and we are not working with any consultant or mediator.
NOTE:-
v Processing charges are non refundable.
v Processing charges are only for your ‘QC report ‘.
v If you get less than 95% accuracy in demo work then company will not provide any work to you.
v No reason shall be entered in non-completion of work data on time.
v Company will give technical support.
v After seeing our technical specifications if you are sure to do this work then apply for this work.
v ‘QC report ‘is final for both sides, if any report is not as per our accuracy parameter then we will discuss for it.
v Minimum 5 systems work available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
v Our processing charges are Rs 4000.00 {Minimum 5 systems} as above details.
v We will give you a demo work after completed your process of signing. You must have completed it within 8 days and send it to us by mail or by courier.
v After 10 days you will get an accuracy report by us. As per our accuracy parameters 95% up accuracy require for selection to work with us.
v If you will get 95 % up accuracy you can start your work at next 1st date of month. And if you are not qualified for a work we will not provide work.
v You must have completed our work within month and submit to us before a last date of month.
v Payment will make on accuracy basis, deduction (penalty) parameters are as following:-

95% to 99% 90% payment.
90% to 95% 80% payment.
